OTCQB. 
All OTCQB companies except for International Reporting Companies that are exempt from registration under Exchange Act Rule 12g3-2(b) must post the new Management Certification. Note that this document replaces previous versions of the OTCQB Certification according to the recently updated OTCQB Rules.
