OTCQB Certification
In conjunction with amendments to the OTCQB Rules, OTC Markets has published an updated OTCQB Certification Template. Effective November 30, 2024, all companies except for International Companies that are exempt from registration under Exchange Act Rule 12g3-2(b) must use this updated version of the OTCQB Certification, now also referred to as the Management Certification.
